Our Experience
Active in the Environmental Consulting and Phase I Environmental Assessment field since 1995, managing, performing, reviewing and assembling over 5,000 Phase I Environmental Assessment Reports complying with ASTM E1527 of various types of properties in more than 35 states. Managed and conducted all Phase I ESAs, Transactions Screens, Phase II Environmental Investigations and AHERA and NESHAP Asbestos Surveys for more than 28 years. While previously employed with Kingston Environmental Services from 1995 to 2011, bidded, scheduled, reviewed and produced all Phase I Environmental Assessment reports, as well as reports produced by Kingston Environmental Compliance Division. Independently conducted Phase I Environmental Assessments varying from vacant land and multi-family residential structures to complex commercial properties and convention centers, as well as conducting numerous Federal and State database information reviews. Efficient in obtaining and interpreting current and historical aerial photographs, United States Geological Survey (USGS) topographic maps, historical original Sanborn-Perris Fire Insurance Maps and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Soil Conservation Service soil surveys. Conducts extensive property historical reviews and obtains and reviews property chain-of-title. Also assisted Phase II and Laboratory personnel in various tasks related to Phase I Environmental Assessments. Prior to joining Kingston Environmental Services, employed for ten (10) years in the banking industry at various financial institutions in Kansas and Missouri, including familiarity with commercial and personal loans. A majority of these transactions required Phase I Environmental Assessments and knowledge of their use. Staff member was the Management Representative as well as a certified internal auditor for the ISO 14001:2004 program for Kingston Environmental Services. Staff has also undergone AHERA training in inspection for asbestos control and is an AHERA/State of Missouri Certified Asbestos Inspector.
